Q: What email clients are compatible with your servers?
A: All email clients that support either the IMAP (recommended) or POP3 protocols are supported.
A: Webmail is a web site based email client, accessable through virtually any web browser. It allows you access to read, reply to and send emails from any computer. When used with the IMAP protocol on any email client programs, it is a very powerful suite of tools. Our webmail system also features cobranding, where u can feature your logo on it, as well as a full calender and other features.
FTP is the protocol used to transfer files from your computer to our servers. To transfer files you will need a FTP client program. There are many free, and commericial FTP client programs, but we recommend using Ipswitch's WS_FTP or CuteFTP.

Q: Do you support ASP, PHP or Perl?
A: We currently support only PHP and Perl. ASP support is not offered at this time on shared hosting, although it is available for an additional cost on dedicated servers.
A: Hosting can be paid for using VISA or Mastercard (via PayPal), Paypal directly, or by Money Order or Personal or Business Cheque. Please note that no accounts will be setup until we have recieved the payment and it has cleared.
Q: Do you support Frontpage Extensions on your server?
A: No, we do not support this technology at this time.
Q: How many sites does your company store on a single server?
A: To ensure a reliable server, we allow no more then 50% of a single servers resources be allocated for sites.
Q: If my site uses more bandwidth then we are alloted, what happens?
A: You will be charged on the next monthly billing cycle for any excess bandwidth used, at a cost of $1 per 100mb over for the first 1gb beyond the limit, then $10/gb afterwards.
Q: How can we customized our webmail interface with our logo?
A: Just upload your companies logo as logo.jpg, logo.gif or logo.png (depending on the format) into the /logo directory in your FTP client.
